My Story

My path into nurse coaching grew from years of witnessing the human struggle to carry illness, stress, and change without inner awareness and holistic support.

A Turning Point

Working with oncology patients, and later serving in the ICU during the COVID pandemic, dramatically influenced my understanding of perceived health and healing.

I witnessed resilience, fear, hope, and grief existing side by side. I grieved with patients and families, and became frustrated with the expectation for humanity to maintain stregnth, adapt quickly, or heal with western medicine alone.

After losing a patient who depended deeply on my care and expertise, I began asking a different question: how can I keep serving others in a way that feels morally aligned to my values, individualized to specific needs, and sustainable amongst adversity?

Choosing a New Path

The questions multiplied, the moral burnout deepened, and I knew my path in traditional medicine required remodeling. While I appreciate that medicine is essential, it becomes unhealthy without first creating space for reflection, purpose, and self-trust.

In 2024, I became a board-certified nurse coach and began building a new path towards whole person support and innate wellness, a shared experience rooted in clinical experience, education, and deep compassion.

Nurse coaching combines my nursing background with an intentional, reflective approach to care that honors lived experience and nervous-system safety. Coaching is not authoritative, but rather a client driven experience with clinical support and education.

Why I Do This Work Now

Today, I support people navigating chronic illness, burnout, and life transitions. Many people appear capable and high-functioning while quietly feeling disconnected or overwhelmed. My goal is to connect meaning to action, in order to create motivation for sustainable goals.

This work exists to create space for something different. A space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move forward in a way that feels steady, compassionate, and personalized.
