Coaching does not yield dictative answers. I believe individuals come with innate knowledge and wholeness. My role is to ask the uncomfortable questions that uncover the layers of self doubt and whole body disease. Coaching supports and allows you to reflect, clarify meaning, discard old harmful belief patterns, and move forward towards goals in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.
